# Inbox — Overview

> Unified queue of Conversations from all channels connected to the Workspace: structure, tabs, and available actions.

The **Inbox** is the operational hub of Timely.ai. All active Conversations — from WhatsApp, Instagram, Web Widget, Telegram, and Slack — arrive in a single place, organized and ready for handling.

## Main structure

| Section               | Purpose                                                                                                  |
| --------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Conversation list** | Displays filtered threads with contact name, source channel, time since last message, and current status |
| **Active chat**       | Complete Chat History of the selected Conversation, reply field, and actions (close, transfer, notes)    |
| **Context panel**     | Contact data, assigned Tags, custom fields, and previous activity                                        |

## Quick navigation

* **All** tab — Conversations visible according to the user's Role in the Workspace
* **Mine** tab — only threads assigned to the logged-in user
* **Unassigned** tab — Conversations without a responsible party, available to claim
* Combined filters by channel, Agent, attendant, Tag, and status
