Datagrids

  • Automatic subdomain: every brand gets its own ready-to-use address, with no manual setup.
  • Emails with your brand: transactional messages and invitations sent from your verified domain, with customizable templates.
  • Members and Billing tabs inside the White Label environment, with billing and subscription kept on your own domain.
  • Customer logo and name shown in the workspace selector, plus an option to remove the “powered by” badge.

Orion

  • New Orion: redesigned chat with a centered, more spacious layout, bubble-free messages, and a revamped home page with an animated greeting.

  • Audio recording: talk to Orion using your microphone and the transcription appears right in the message field.
  • Connect integrations from the conversation: Orion opens the connection dialog without you leaving the chat.
  • Live reasoning: follow the agent’s step-by-step work during a response, with descriptive labels per action; the history collapses at the end.
  • Planning before acting: Orion builds a plan and shows it in the activity trail before executing complex tasks.
  • Web search and platform documentation lookup as native tools, for more current and accurate answers.
  • Manage an agent’s integrations and publish changes just by talking to Orion.

Agents

  • Builder versioning: work in a draft and publish when you’re ready, without affecting the agent in production.

  • Manual WhatsApp Cloud API: connect an official number directly, without needing to sign in through Facebook.
  • When to reply: a new per-channel filter to define whether the agent responds to text, audio, or both.
  • Telegram: native transcription of audio and voice messages, typing indicator on the official channel, and a fix for response delivery.
  • WhatsApp: responses quote the received audio when configured, message quoting fixed, and lower response time.
  • Instagram: permissions restored (messaging, publishing, and insights) and connection fixes.

Orion

  • Full spreadsheet capability: read, analyze, modify, and create spreadsheets, including chart generation.
  • Campaigns from a spreadsheet: upload a lead spreadsheet (CSV, XLSX, and XLS) in the chat and Orion assembles a campaign proposal ready for review.
  • Campaign approval: approve, edit, or reject the proposal in a dedicated card, with full editing of message, segmentation, and scheduling before sending.
  • Real-time campaign control: start, pause, resume, or cancel campaigns and track sends, replies, and opt-outs.
  • Automatic opt-out: replies containing opt-out keywords (also in Spanish and French) remove the contact from the campaign; lead replies are routed to the right agent and become conversations.
  • Multiple conversations in parallel: Orion keeps processing tasks even if you navigate to another conversation, and restores the history when you return.
  • @ mentions and a ”+” menu in the message field: reference agents, channels, and integrations, attach files, and reach connectors in one click.
  • New connector catalog: a dialog with search, real app icons, an indication of what’s active, and a details page with overview, connections, and capabilities.
  • Resizable floating window on all edges, so you can use Orion on top of any screen.

  • Native image generation: agents create images in the conversation, with thumbnail preview, full-screen view, and download.
  • Image editing: upload an image and ask for changes — the agent uses the latest image in the conversation as the base.
  • Self-scheduling agents: the agent schedules its own follow-up and resumes the conversation at the right time.
  • New conversational panel with real-time field updates as the configuration is assembled.
  • Faster and more reliable web search for agents.
  • More consistent responses on long tasks: the agent reviews its own reasoning, runs tools in parallel, and recovers from failures on its own.
  • Long conversations retain important context, and long responses with integration content are no longer truncated.
  • New reasoning indicator, more informative than the old “thinking”.
  • Removed the “Channels” and “Blocked numbers” tabs from agent settings.

Broadcasts (Campaigns)

  • Redesigned campaign builder with numbered steps, option cards, channel tables, a date/time picker, and clearer helper text.
  • Message variables: automatic suggestions as you type, colored highlighting in the editor, and a new first name variable.
  • Word rotation: use {{option1||option2||option3}} to automatically vary the text on each send.
  • Block protection: progressive warm-up per number, randomized intervals with human-like pacing, typing simulation, an exact daily limit, pauses between batches, and blocking of identical messages.
  • Delivery and read receipts reflected in campaign metrics.
  • A single time zone per campaign, applied to scheduling, sending windows, and end time.
  • Sends start more gradually, with no burst at the beginning of a broadcast.
  • The campaign name is now required to save or send.

Human Support

  • New Human Support module: teams, tags, segments, groups, and tickets in a complete support structure.
  • Ticket creation without requiring a defined team, and a full listing of available tags.
  • New design for the open-ticket action configuration panel.

Workers

  • New usage-tier plan model: pick your plan with a slider of run tiers, with a single product and direct signup — credits have been replaced by a more transparent usage meter.
  • Three-pillar usage view, with real measurement of consumption per run, per internal activity, and by Orion.
  • Plan menu in the header, showing run usage in real time.
  • Annual billing now displays the full yearly amount; plans show their commercial name and highlight the current plan.

  • Confirmation before acting: every write action goes through a clear confirmation that describes exactly what will change.
  • Ready-to-apply proposals: draft, validation, and analysis suggestions appear as cards you review and apply with one click.
  • Assisted navigation: Orion takes you straight to the screen, record, or filter mentioned in the conversation.
  • Real-time responses, showing what the assistant is doing at each step.

Workers

  • New Workers — an internal ChatGPT-style workspace for chatting with agents and squads without leaving the platform.
  • File and image uploads in chat with multimodal support (vision) for compatible models.
  • Refined chat UX: full-height layout, hidden subheader, removed padding, header aligned to 48px, and larger gap in the home navigation.

Knowledge Base

  • New Knowledge Base management UI with dedicated support for document upload and organization.

Datagrids

  • New required description field on columns and support for columns marked as is_required.
  • New reprocess_datagrid action to recompute embeddings and a pg_cron job that detects and reprocesses rows with stale embeddings.
  • Fixed an issue with updating datagrid settings through the agent.
  • Datagrid tool settings now display Name and Description at the top for faster editing.
  • ToolCatalogDialog now occupies the full viewport, giving more space for configuring tools.
  • New AI category in the dual sidebar, with the Time AI panel integrated.
  • Grouped sections in the Builder side panel, making it easier to find agent settings.

Settings

  • API tab moved to a dedicated page in the settings sidebar.
  • Fixed user profile loading after switching workspaces.

Pipeline

2026-04-18

  • New dual sidebar: narrow category rail (52px) + contextual panel per category, replacing the old AppSidebar.
  • Six main categories with i18n labels and a safe fallback when the category is invalid.
  • Hides empty categories by role, respecting the permissions matrix (owner / manager / trainer / attendant / member).
  • WorkspaceSelector moved from the panel to the platform header, freeing up space in the navigation.
  • Rail and panel styled as cards; panel now sits flush against the content area.
  • New MobileDrawer with a hamburger menu on mobile and a referral dialog in the panel footer.

Datagrids — initial feature

  • New /datagrids route with a table editor, components, and hooks to create, edit, and organize columns and rows.
  • Database migrations with RLS, SECURITY DEFINER RPCs with role checks, and triggers for column type immutability.
  • New datagrid-tool-exec edge function integrated with Cloudflare as a tool registry and executor.
  • Agent catalog gains 4 datagrid tools (semantic search, similarity search, insert_row, update_row) with configuration dialogs and full i18n.
  • always_run instruction injected per tool so the agent uses semantic search when appropriate.

Time AI

  • Legacy side panel replaced by a draggable floating window for Time AI.

Billing

  • /billing route migrated to /faturamento (Portuguese), with layout adjustments, voice tab, and email templates.

Dashboard

  • Consistent tooltip and formatting for the credits pill (formatCredits).
  • SEO titles resolved via i18n across all 17 routes.
  • Polished empty state in ranking cards.

Pipeline

  • Fixed typos in the tour and a broken add contact button, with cleanup of the legacy tour.

Removed

  • Custom fields system removed entirely (replaced by Datagrids).
  • Eight unused pages and routes removed along with dead components.

2026-04-19 — Documentation

  • New documentation structure inspired by modern standards (Mintlify): separate tabs for Get Started, Product Guides, API Reference, Webhooks, AI, and HTTP Collections.
  • Complete webhook event catalog with example payloads per event type.
  • Technical glossary with the platform’s key terms.
  • llms.txt available at /llms.txt for use in AI-powered IDEs (Cursor, Claude, VS Code).
