The Settings section brings together all administrative and customization controls for the workspace. Access to each subsection is determined by the logged-in user’s role — some subsections are restricted to the owner, while others are accessible to operational roles such as manager and trainer.

Workspace information

The main Settings panel displays a summary of the active workspace before any subsection: This information is read-only in the overview. To edit each field, access the corresponding subsection. Each workspace has exactly one linked subscription. This relationship determines the platform usage limits: The active plan controls the maximum number of members, the volume of credits per period, the available agent executions, and access to advanced features such as voice synthesis and Tyme CRM. All these limits apply to the entire workspace — not per user. When a subscription enters past_due status (pending payment), the workspace continues to function for a grace period. If the status changes to canceled, the service channels stop processing new messages until the subscription is reactivated or a new one is contracted.
Accounts with multiple workspaces have a separate subscription per workspace. Credits and limits are not shared between different workspaces.

Available actions

Workspace administration actions are grouped at the bottom of the Settings panel:
The Transfer ownership action permanently removes owner permissions from the current user and grants them to the selected member. Confirm carefully — this action cannot be undone via the panel itself.
